Poor experience at Cherry Bean Bella Vista. Went with wifey and son after church. Ordered food and coffee. Told staff that Im lactose intolerant and hence requested my salad to have no dressing. Long wait for the babycino. came after prompting the waitress a few times. At no point that any of the staff apologized for the lateness.

Food came after All drinks are finished. and my salad has the dressing. Told the staff that I requested for no dressing and I got a very rude look and my plate was taken away without a single sorry.

Food for my wife and son came around 10 mins apart. what happen to my salad? Waited for around 20-25 mins, then I prompted the waitress again. she didn't replace it. The waitress thought I didn't want it anymore, hence took my plate away.

I tried explaining. No one seems to really understand. Staff spoke to each other and no apologies from anyone and when I asked for a refund, they said NO. Only "the Boss" can do it.

I walked away hungry and unhappy. Staff lack the most basic Customers service!

Walking through Stockland and smelling the aroma of Cherry Beans Coffee I just could not resist stopping in for a Coffee and Cake, the selection of cakes are awesome.
And Cherry Beans has the best coffee. We love it.
Cafe located right in the middle of Stockland, good seating, great atmosphere.
