Walked into this store wanting some eye drops and another specific item that could only be purchased over the counter. I asked on staff member about the eye drop's and she directed me where to go. Having problems finding what I was looking for I then proceeded to the counter where I could purchase the other item I was looking for. I thought I could ask for assistance with the eye drop's at the same time. There were at least 4 people behind the counter and I must have been standing there a good 10 minutes waiting to be served. There did not look to be anyone else there waiting to be served at the time. I left the store and went to another one very close by. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The girl that served be there was very helpful. I am glad they got my $130 and not the Westfield store.

Approximate cost: $130

Chemist warehouse definitely has good prices ... that's if you can find what you are looking for! very cluttered, busy and messy and just not a nice place to be for any length of time which is a shame because it would have been nice to explore the products more. I wanted to spend more time looking at the perfumes but gave up on that idea. I'm not sure what they were doing when I was in there recently; whether part of a stocktake or just a general check or what but the staff seemed to be out scanning items on shelves and making it even harder to navigate. I did get a much better deal than I would have at my local chemist and it may be worth the inconvenience in that respect; but I'll be tempted to try their online shopping next time and see how well that works.

Love how cheap Chemist Warehouse is, and the girls in the Westfield shop are lovely.

The biggest bother to me is the lack of signage showing where to queue to be served, It's becoming an every time thing I'm in there it seems, due to the shelves being lined a certain way some people don't realize where to queue and inadvertently jump queue, and everyone here knows just how annoying that can be, it's also occurred to me that the staff working there do not pull up people jumping queue, it wouldn't normally bother me but a few weeks ago I had a woman who was standing behind me walk right in front of me to the register I was heading to, no apology from her, or the staff, in my opinion she should have been asked to go to the back of the line, all I got was a deer in the headlights look from the cashier when she saw the look on my face.

I don't normally like shopping at Chemist Warehouse in Westfield because I have previously found it very messy, crowded and hard to get customer service. Recently I signed up for their emails, so now I can check out their sales and go straight for what I want instead of having to search the aisles. Today I got my favorite fragrance that is $60 in other stores for only $16.99!!! Very happy.
