The absolute worst cleaning company, I took them to VCAT & won, the manager PETER is the lowest of liars. This is not a cleaning company it's a place full of scammers. DON'T EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE if anyone has an issue with them take them to VCAT

Minus 5 stars. Quoted $450-700 over the phone then told on the day it will be $1200. Disgraceful scammers!

Watch out for their end of lease clean, does not include the things you need most like marks on walls. Things I had asked specifically to be cleaned such as exhaust fan in bathroom was not done. cupboards missed, tops of power points not cleaned. They were an hours and a half late getting there which mucked up my whole evening. A lot of money for a substandard job.

It is with no suprise that when I look at the reviews over all social media most say that they were underquoted and price doubled when on site. Firstly, I would change your business name as the prices in comparison are no where ‘Cheap as chips’.

We were initially quoted $350.00 (in addition $66.00 per 29sqm carpet steam clean) for a full exit clean + bond back guaranteed.
We did receive other quotes but having moved multiple times before this seems within the accurate price range for a full exit clean. Obviously the amount was just to get people across the line and book as what we have experienced since could not have been any different.

Upon arrival at our home, he walked in, made a comment on the price of the appt and how it is expensive and then proceeded to walk around the apartment and add on additional charges without merit and that we were initially quoted within the full clean, doubling the price. When my partner questioned him he didn’t really seem to have a reason except I charge people extra for these services, again this being the showers, floors and walls which were apart of the pricing. He asked my partner what he did for a job and when my partner advised he made a comment about then why is he complaining about the amount….

My partner, in a rush to get back to work, and frustrated as we have to hand our keys in the next day phoned me to speak to the cleaner.When questioned he advised that our apartment wasn’t even that bad and that he didn’t even need to wash the shower doors as they were clean but wanted to charge us extra for a little grout clean which I questioned was already apart of the service.

He kept telling me the apartment was in pretty good condition but these were the charges which made no sense to the jump in price. Really not providing any solid feedback or reasoning behind the jump in price.

My partner in a rush and cornered as we had no other option paid the price.

When I rang the customer service to complain I was dealt with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life! They spoke over you, speaking very unprofessionally, almost yelling and relayed incorrect information . He proceeded to initially ask who the cleaner was as he hasn’t received feedback then in the same breath when I told him that the cleaner had mentioned it wasn’t in bad condition he decided to say that the cleaner had told him otherwise… but couldn’t even tell me who my cleaner was to begin with. When I asked to speak above him as he had no understanding, empathy or basic customer service skills, I was yelled at and then hung up on! They have no interest in helping you or being fair and reasonable

The way Peter acted I believe he wasn’t even in a management position as it was highly unprofessional and zero customer service expertise but the lady I spoke to initially couldn’t answer my queries so handed it on. She even asked me if it was two or three storey because when I gave her the price she didn’t understand the jump and when I told her it was single she was like wow that is a gif price increase.

Lastly, when my partner left the apartment he was forced to sign that it was in good condition as this is where the cleaner pointed although job not having been started yet!

They have zero regard for u as the consumer and only want the cash from the customer. There is zero regard for the truth and bottom line is this company are scam artists! They lie to get you over the line, knowing most people don’t have the time to rearrange or rebook cleaners, giving you no option and then pointing you to sign it is in good condition and when questioned the service team have zero regard for you! DO NOT USE and if you do expect to pay at least double of what is quoted! Good luck.

I don't know how these scumbags are still in business. I wish I could give no stars.
I've used them a few times and the 'quote' is always more when they arrive but this time it DOUBLED from $450 to $900.
After reading all the bad reviews I can see this is a common theme every time.
I called twice to query it and was told they'll call me right back but both times never called. The last time I called the girl I spoke to, who I was told was the manager, said she'll call the cleaner and see what money we can get back but never called me back.

Today I called and spoke to the owner, who is the most unpleasant man I have ever had to deal with. So rude and full of excuses saying I must have spoken to a new girl who didn't know what she was talking about.
PLEASE don't use these crooks, go with someone better because they will 100% be cheaper than 'cheap as chips' after they jack up the price on arrival.

I got lots of pet hair on my carpet but after steam clean they made brand new that old and dirty carpet .
