Cannot recommend this dealership. We purchased in September 2016 a new vehicle. Comprehensive insurance taken out through toyota. A month later this is cancelled because we didn't pay for the policy when in fact payment details had been given over the phone. They said they tried calling but they didn't. They also had our email address but no attempt to contact this way either. So the policy was cancelled and we continued to drive a $50,000+ vehicle for 11 months with no insurance. We were lucky not to have had an accident or needed to make a claim. Absolutely appalling after sales service. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a car from these guys. Between paying for the car and picking it up the car sustained minor scrapes and windscreen chips. The power steering pump needed replacing and they told us to go to a local depot. Turns out the recent service the signed off on hadn't been done either. Wasn't even worth the risk taking the car back there to maintain the warranty.

Excellent service, no pressure, just good information. I requested to have the new car put up on a high jack so I could see underneath the car and Toyota obliged with no hesitation.
