Very very friendly staff, they were very welcoming. Don't even get me started on how amazing the bread and sweet treats are, all of these HATE comments are completely wrong in my experience they have the most lovely staff.

The Crusty rolls in this place are the best in Victoria by a mile. 35c a piece is an absolute steal! Trust me and buy some for your next BBQ.

What a shame when you try to support a local business (that we use (or used to use) almost daily) and they let you down with poor customer service.

We ordered a birthday cake to be Halloween themed with black icing and an orange spiderweb but when we collected the cake the day of the party the cake had brown icing with a white flowery decoration and two toy spiders plonked on top.

With no one in the store able to address this we called back when [redacted due to personal identifier] where in to complain only to be told "What do you want me to do about it?"

I repeated what I had ordered (which was in their order book) and was told "I don't do orange or black icing and would have to go out of my way to do this."

WOW...take my money but don't fulfill my order.

Even after they admitted it was a mistake and the assistant should not have taken my order they refused to offer any compensation.

Girls are great, and with the leadership of Charlie, the owner, all products are freshly made, lovely,yummy small cakes to bread. Love the place.

Lovely local bakery with a wide variety of breads, cakes & pies. Open early for before school last minute lunches! Their bread is lovely so are their donuts. Very friendly service!

Great quality bread and cakes. Regular bread bought here and also the little italian canolli are fantastic and anytime i need to place a order they are more than flexible, even if it is last minute!

Good value, fresh bakery products. Good selection of breads and pastries. Hot food is also good & not greasy - the sausage rolls are particularly good! The service is prompt and friendly.
