Our family has had the pleasure in seeing both Dr Mark Faigen and Dr Henry Monkus for many years now. I have to say that both doctors are excellent and personable and I’m happy with their diagnosis and treatment. The place is always in top shape, managed by a friendly Reception, and has sensible mandatory covid protocols. I’d have no trouble recommending the practice or these two doctors.

Been going to this clinic for 16 years but no more. Very disappointing. All good doctors have left. Even when not in lockdown have been forced to have Telehealth consults even when begging to see a doctor when not unwell or any Covid symptoms. Very sad.

My doctor was a but cold. He didn't a how I was, just waited for me to start talking. My doctor before this however was really friendly. The receptionists are always really friendly. Very clean and well presented waiting areas.

We found this practice through this website. Dr Siegal is great, detected an early issue with my husband's gastro, referred to day surgery and my husband's condition is under control now.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will use this clinic reguarly now

Plenty of Doctors available, all very skilled in their own areas. The reception staff are always very friendly, and very helpful. Bulk bill pensioners, others pay the fees recommended by AMA. Gribbles pathology is here as well. I started going here 5 years ago, and have never been anywhere else since. Highly recommended.

I visit Dr. Segal here at Chadstone Rd. Clinic, because I have Chronic Fatigue Sydnrome. Finding a good Doctor who knows much about this and can really help you is a total nightmare. Many don't believe in it, few have much experience with it, and most others charge the world and don't help much. Dr. Segal is one of the most helpful, and friendly Doctors I have ever come across, and he has also had a lot of experience dealing with Chronic Fatigue, and helped many patients overcome the disease. Should he happen to be away, he will always recommend another Doctor from the practice, who has also had some experience in dealing with Chronic Fatigue. All the Doctors I have seen here are friendly, professional, and ALWAYS helpful, no matter what the problem. The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and understanding, even when I ring up the day after to say I forgot a medical certificate, or something similar.
