The Indonesian eggs and choc-peanut butter slice get me every time. Service can be spotty and the wait times can be extreme, but it's such a great venue and for a good cause so we don't mind waiting.

I take my wife and kids to the Ceres Enviro Park most weekends. The liscened cafe provides tasty, organic food at a reasonable price. There is plenty of variety on the menu and I would rate the coffee as the best in Melbourne. The cafe is child friendly with a large enclosed playground with tree house, caves, boats and a train carriage with activities within. The cafe and park operate with a sustainable philosophy in mind. The decor is rustic and outdoorsy with a comfortable farm like feel. This place has become a weekend tradition for my family.

Great outside (covered) eating area with plenty of room for the kids to run around or play in the sand pit. Tasty food. Hit and miss service (can be VERY slow on the weekend when busy).

I enjoy sitting outside here in the warmer weather. There is a nice grassed area for the kids to run around whilst waiting for food to arrive, which on the weekends especially can take a long time. That said, the food is delicious and they have the range of Phoenix Organic drinks which I love.

A great way to reconnect with nature! The cafe offers quality food. The staff are volunteers and all proceeds go towards keeping the park alive! It is a great experience for the kids

This is a great place to take little kids...there is a huge area where they can run around and it is fenced off so you can relax a little while you have your coffee. If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. Go with heaps of time up your sleeve and sit back to read the paper. Sometimes the service is slow, but it can get MEGA busy, especially on the weekends. But it's such a lovely place to be, on the tables outside, you can almost pretend you are in the country. Sit back and soak it up!

This place is awesome! CERES itself is really interesting so I recommend making time to have a walk around and look at what they do there. There's not many other places where you can see the food growing and then head to the cafe to eat it! The food is all awesome but I especially recommend the Big Vego Breakfast. Staff are friendly and surroundings are very nice. Great place to take kids!

Approximate cost: $15
