The range of products available here is fantasic. However the service leaves a lot to be desired. I waited 20 minutes for service (after asking a few times) when I was interested in hiring some refrigeration equipment. I was told they were short staffed but I think this was poor. I did eventually get served and got the info I needed. They did have some great cutlery though.

They have a good range of products, but will make special orders for you if you are a regular customer. Their abilty to deliver the next day is fantastic, and sometimes same day if you order early enough. Their prices are very competitve and I have changed from a much bigger group to them becuase of the quality of service and their ability to pick up new products
