I purchased a whole house of blinds from CBI in late 2011 and within months of installation blinds were fraying and not rolling properly. Despite numerous letters and requests for help nothing has happened. I’d invite anybody contemplating using this company to come and look at my blinds and see my letters starting from 2012. The blinds are a mess and the rolling mechanisms continue to fail and the edges fray. I was willing to pay their installer to come and fix at my cost I called them on 10/9/2018 and was told they were very busy but they would request a visit. Today 28/9/2018 and they are still busy and their installers are external contractors. My ph no is 0418689725. Be careful using this company I am bitterly disappointed.

We had new blinds put in throughout the whole house. CBI Blinds were not only the cheapest, they were also a very professional company that provided A1 service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have used CBI twice, once for indoor timber venetians and once for outdoor awnings and both times they have been the cheapest quote I have had. They are fast, professional and the quality of the products and the installation is very good. Will definitely use them in the future.
