From booking to final pick up the service was superb. Received all forms by email & returned by email so arrival & book in was quick. The accommodation was spacious with everything a cat could want. The pictures of movie stars on the suites was a lovely touch - we got Paul Newman - superb hunk he is. Wilson was totally relaxed when we picked him up and had obviously enjoyed himself - especially the complimentary massage. The free text on his 'progress' was great. CC know what customers want and definitely deliver. It is great to find a service provider who ACTUALLY provides what they advertise. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to use their services. The holiday pic provided on pick up was a nice touch, showing how much the staff care about their clients.

At the end of her 3.5 week stay at Cats Conservatory Kara was still a happy cat! The staff were friendly and seemed to really care for and like Kara, another thing that's important to us. They sent us some photos and updates on her while she was staying there too, which made us feel much better about putting her in a cattery for such a long time. I'll be recommending Cats Conservatory for my family and friends for sure! Thanks so much for taking such great care of our special little girl.

Used for one night only, as we had a party in our home, and didn't want to risk our cats (x 2 Abyssinians - indoor only), getting out, or being freaked by guests. They had a shared, indoor large enclosure. They were happy enough, when we collected them. The other cats in surrounding enclosures were asking for pats too. My cats usually go to a country cattery, if we're going for longer periods, as they get outdoor views etc, but I will definitely use Cat Conservatory again, for short getaways & over night stays.

we thought we might try another cattery which was closer to us. The cattery looks really well set up, the enclosures are roomy, plus the cats have a chance to room around when let out. We had a photo of misty sent to us, looking very relaxed on her bed, which really pleased us, because the other cattery we go to she normally hides most of the time. When we picked her up, she was also on her bed, which showed us it wasn't a one off. It was great to see her so relaxed and settled. We will use CC again without question.

Bailey looked terrified when I left him for 2 weeks, when I received a photo on facebook looking very relaxed, I was so happy & grateful, Cats Conservatory is a wonderful place to leave your cat, clean roomy enclosures, and they are let out daily to larger areas, the staff really care about your cat!! and when you return they are relaxed & Happy!! Thank you!!

Our cat had never been to a 'holiday' at a cattery before, he was very content being cuddled when we picked him up. The fact that he was happy and purring says it all! And we got a cute picture and email letting us know how he was settling in which helped us to feel comfortable that he wasn't freaking out.

Excellent establishment! A clean place and friendly staff. I felt very confident leaving my fur baby there for a week while on holiday. We even got updated on how she was via facebook with a photo. I highly recommend Cat's Conservatory and will be using it lots in the future.

I was so happy I found catsconservatory. They are so friendly and put my mind at ease when I dropped Mishka in for her 2 week stay.
This was her first time on her own in a cattery, so I was feeling very anxious.
She was well looked after, and came home a very happy and contented cat.
Highly recommended.

There is a wonderful environment to leave my cats and it is nice and close to home. Previous experience with being close to home meant a tin box in someones back yard basically. I love that the cats have somewhere to roam and they do seem to be loved and looked after well. I also loved the fact that you get to physically see where the cats stay, while you get to place your cat in their temporary homes and say goodbye to them.

I was really pleased with the care and affection given to Cosmo and Booster, who are both old cats (15 yr) and need daily meds and special diets. They looked happy and content after their week's vacation, and I loved seeing their photos on FB. Will definitely be back.
