We were extremely impress with the level of service and care given to our cat. Would highly recommend.

I required boarding for an elderly cat on medication while overseas for 3 months. I was extremely impressed with the services of Cat Conservatory, it was clean and the boarding facilities large. The staff very friendly and caring, and I received regular updates. My cat seemed very happy staying here, and has adjusted well since my return.

When we picked up Loui today he was so HAPPY and CONTENT, which made my holiday guilt subside. I cannot RAVE enough about this business. Regularly l received photos of Loui having fun and being loved by the Team and knowing he was being genuinely cared for by genuine Cat Lovers would not make me hesitate having him stay again…….infact he is staying again in October.

When I first seen this place I knew that bunny would be happy here. It was my first time leaving her and she was very hand shy towards strangers so I was a bit nervous. But when I told the staff they understood and reassured me she will be okay. I left her for 1 month and seeing the pics on facebook and receiving the emails put my mind to rest that she was enjoying her time. When I picked her up she was so happy and relaxed.
Thanks to all the staff that took such good care of my baby.
I would recommend anyone to leave their fur family members here.

Very friendly staff and an easy booking process. Good facilities and I really liked that the fresh air and natural light was such a feature. It was the first time our cat was in boarding (he is 10 yrs old) and he was clearly very happy there. Nice to receive photos of him while we were on holiday too. Thanks - we'll be back!

Fantastic staff , large spacious suites , vey welcoming with all the plants and decor . Our cat seemed very happy and relaxed have already booked for next holiday.

Our first time using Cats Conservatory and we could not fault the service, emails were replied to in a very prompt manner, staff we friendly and informative. We loved seeing our baby girl on the facebook page and to also receive the email.

Molly was well looked after and we couldn`t have asked for better care, in fact we have already booked Molly in for the Christmas period!

I recently had my much loved puss Basil spend his 6th visit at the Cats Conservatory as usual he doesn't communicate much while there but is never stressed and comes home like he hasn't been away as usual Susan and all staff are great and could not recommend high enough

It was our first time using a boarding service for a pet and Cats Conservatory came highly recommended. Did not disappoint. Great and helpful staff also.

I hate leaving my cat at the cattery, but Cats Conservatory makes the experience as pleasant as it could be. I know the managers genuinely love cats and so you know you cat will be in good hands. The environment they have created is great too. When we collected our cat, the manager asked us to stay quiet when walking through to her 'room' to get her so as not to disturb the other cats from sleeping. He really cares about the comfort of the cats. We got a text message during our cats stay to let us know how she was going. This place is great. I highly recommend this place.
