Several years ago we had some very good experiences with this jeweller, but not just recently.
This time they didn't fix our jewellery properly and actually damaged it, wasted our time, offered no apologies and also rude and arrogant staff who treated us with contempt. Not sure what's happened to this once good jeweller but I won't be ever back after this shocking experience.
