I have made 2 orders through menulog - after the first order I made I got a call from them saying they had been to my address and the people there said they didn't order the food - I was the only one home so I knew they must have been to the wrong address, I confirmed my address, gave nearest cross streets etc and they said 'Thats not possible!' I said well thats where I live so are you able to come again, they agreed but said it would be very late. I eventually got the delivery, the man was much nicer than on the phone but winged at me about not finding it the first time. I was very happy with the food and decided to give them another chance. Second time, late again, different delivery person who complained they had undercharged me and wanted an extra $3 or so for delivery, I said thats fine and paid how much they asked for, then the woman told me not to order through menu log, only by phone because it costs her $4 if I order through menulog! I spent over $70 on this occasion and they're worried about 4 bucks? Sorry but I prefer to order online especially when there are language barriers over the phone and its always very convenient and easy to order through menulog. The food is great but the service is terrible no one has ever made me feel like such an inconvenience.
