did our work/paving but just very poor work done, doesn't want to resolved and say it is standard work?

Hired by our neighbour to do landscaping, paving and general garden work on their unit. They also put up the 3 new boundary fences - one of which, was ours.
The finished result was barely satisfactory. They had scratched the panels in many places and any areas that had to be cut to size, were left with jagged edges. Dirty marks all over and if you look down the entire length of the fence, it's about as straight as a dogs hind leg!
Even though we didn't have to pay any costs, I certainly wouldn't hire them for any jobs we need to have done on our own home!
