Worst dry cleaner ever. Not only did they ripped my $1500 Balmain pants that I bought in Paris, they didn't even admit fault and claimed that I cut them!!! Then I saw a big discoloured patch on the front... this time he couldn't deny responsibility and said they would re-clean them for me. But the pants are already damaged... they would only get worse!!!! I guess I should have done my research first.

Carville Dry Cleaners aren't cheap in terms of standard dry-cleaning prices. They do have deals for getting multiple items cleaned, and it is very convenient, so I occasionally go if I have a large amount that needs to be dry-cleaned.

The last time I went however, I was told that one of my items was not eligible for the deal, though I was told the day before that it was. I really dislike inconsistent service or being told one thing by staff and another by a different member on a different day, so I wasn't pleased by that at all. However, they did honour what the first member said, so I appreciated that. What annoyed me further was they said that there was no guarantee they would be able to get the stain out of the clothing, when it wasn't an oil-based stain, just a bit of dirt. If I wanted my clothing to come out the same as it had gone in, I wouldn't have bothered going to the dry cleaner at all, what's the point of getting something cleaned if you can't guarantee that it's going to come out cleaner than it went in?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed given the cost and service of this place. They are somewhat redeemed by the fact that if you drop your clothes off before 10, you can get them back before the end of business day.
