i used to go here when i was pregnant with my 3 children ,but as carrum downs grew the waiting lists did to and i found that in emergency you either had to wait for ages or go to the medicentre in frankston.i have since found another local service.

always get an appointment,maybe not with my prefered doctor,but,other doctors are mostly fine.
never waited longer than 30 min,and a few female doctors available.
standard waiting room area,nothing flash.
adjacent to Xray,and pathology centres.
No childs play area,that I could see anyway.
Most reception staff helpful.
They have a line that you call for your blood tests results from a nurse,though,shes a little snappy at times.
Medical charges can go back into your account.(well,what you get back)
Overall,quite happy with here.

It's disappointing that they are booked all the time. Last time a call they said it was a three day wait until any doctor was available. I'm sorry but that's not good enough so we changed clinics.

What a great group of caring professionals! Having two children under 6yrs old, And after reading the review on this local medical centre, I decided to try out the doctors here. We have had great success visiting the centre and I now frequently make appointments at this local medical centre. Although they are a very busy centre and often booked out, they always try to accommodate me when the children are unwell. My son is autistic and struggles with waiting rooms, this means usually that a trip to the doctor is a trying exercise but here, we are welcome to wander around the centre and the nurses always say hi and help keeping him occupied. Also, the doctors have always been very understanding and helpful with my sons issues.

Large, well located and very busy medical centre. I have been attending this surgery for a number of years and have always been happy with the quality of service provided. You do need an appointment, & can see your choice of doctor. Waiting times are kept to a minimum, and I have never waited more than 30 minutes - usually about 5 - 15 minutes. They have a large well equipped treatment room for minor tests and procedures, and are adjacent to a Pathology and Xray Service. Plenty of parking available. They have recently introduced instant Medicare Benefit refunds to your account - which is really helpful.
