Large building, small amount of books. Very spacious library but not many bookshelves. I was surprised at the number of books displayed on the shelves, the layout was fantastic, but surely this library has more books that this. I like the amount of talking books, this was a nice surprise. I have not been into a library for a few years, so to see the development of talking book catalogues is great to see.
My wife & eldest child joined the library, which took a short amount of time. This was very pleasing.

Brilliant library, great programmes for kids & toddies.
Weekday music sessions for little ones are very well run & the kids love it.

A family friendly space with helpful staff and good children's activities. A nice children's area with good facilities in a terrific location. The only place to take the kids on a wet day in Carnegie.
