Jake will be seeing me in small claims after tricking me to believe he needed to do this massive amount of work and getting me to sign a quote for $1190 change a broken tap. He then took 20 mins and demanded the payment. All his google reviews are bought.

I had a 2 taps replaced in the laundry ( washing machine inlet taps). When I looked online the best quality ones were only 60 bucks each, however these guys charged me almost $700 bucks for product and install. What a complete rip off.

We had a terrible experience with this company, stay away from them. They charged us an insane amount to unblock our toilet. The guy who came took a lot of time packing up so that he could charge us more for the extra time he apparently spent. We ended up paying him $900 which is insane. We sent an official complaint and didn’t get anywhere. Stay away from this company.

I had high hopes for Captivate Plumbing, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Their outrageous pricing is an absolute robbery! What's worse is the way they treated me as a customer, which I can only describe as disgraceful. Avoid Captivate Plumbing if you value your time, money, and sanity! Find a reliable and trustworthy plumber elsewhere—don't fall victim to their shameful practices!
