Ordered a wall package with very clear instructions on rotation of prints. Was obvious from the photos anyway! After 4 weeks, received prints and they have been done totally wrong - heads are half cut off! Unacceptable... And I had specifically asked that they contact me with any questions. Disappointed to see that they emailed proofs to other reviewers. I didn't get that chance! Have requested replacement or refund - will see how we go given that (as other reviewers have noted) the product comes from China. There is no phone number on the website either - at this stage it all sounds dodgy. If I'm pleasantly surprised at the outcome, I'll post an update.

Canvas Printing for my photography clients. I am impressed with this business. I had 10 photos printed on canvas for a wedding I photographed. I am stoked with the quality and price and so is the client. I will definitely be using these guys again.

It says on their homepage they are based in Sydney and proudly Australian owned, yet I received a package from China.
After opening said package I was greeted with a pungent odour, and after removing the plastic wrap found myself holding a frame that felt damp. On looking at the back I find it covered in some sort of furry mould or fungus.
Just what I want to hang inside my house...MYSTERY FUNGUS FROM CHINA!

I agree with you, terrible experience, cheap chinese imports, way inferior products. Cheap and nasty! Ink spots, cracks on all edges, crooked wrapped images with blurring and white spots all over black areas, waste of money even at the cheap price. and they offer the same price as the "coupon" anyway everyday in their wholesale - deal sites should not be using this company, parading that they are australian, premium and quality guarantee, it is all a sham. the problem is we are all getting ripped off, and so a re the real australian canvas printers, who do the real deal, and people are not using them because they are more expensive - well there is a reason people!

Used one of the 70% off vouchers they offer and I guess you get what you pay for. The quality was definitely below standard and a bit disappointing. If you're looking for high quality, look elsewhere.
We got a great online deal $19 for 70% off photo to canvas prints. They were able to remove the date stamp from our photos and sent us previews to approve before being printed. They were sent from China which was misleading as the company is in Sydney and I think the quality could be sharper instead they look like paintings on canvas instead of a crisp photo transfer but we are happy with what we paid for our memories to be works of art displayed in our home.
I bought a voucher for these guys that gave me 70% off full priced photo to canvas printing, they were really quick at emailing me previews of my orders once the order was placed and got back to me each time I asked them to fix the layouts

I've received an email asking for a photo of the problem and stating that the product will be replaced. So far so good - I hope I am pleasantly surprised by the service in which case I'll amend review above.
