Very lovely medical centre :) great doctors and staff

I travel 30 minutes to this medical centre outside of my local area as it’s definitely worth my time doing so. The receptionist staff are accommodating and respectful and the doctors are all really attentive to mine and my families needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Dr David Is The Most Best Doctor Ive Ever had. He Treats is always Looking not 50% but 100% All the time care! I would Highly Recommend him as An Outstanding Doctor!!! Also The Ladys at reception are So Beautiful! The Surgery is AMAZING Renee Gerber

Had book an appointment for 7th august, they cancelled me 30 minutes prior but I was driving to the surgery so couldn’t view my phone, rebooked at the surgery with the receptionist for the following Saturday, I rang 40 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for confirmation as I did not receive confirmation text, was advised there was no appointment booked. Made an appointment for the following Saturday. I turned up and they refused to see me because I’m sick. Go figure! Three weeks in a row, three appointments three times they stuffed up. Perhaps if they had seen me the first or second time I wouldn’t be so sick now. I’ve been coughing with a chest infection and have now completely lost my voice. So apparently if you are sick this surgery doesn’t want to see you. Will never ever recommend then and will never go back again. It is a shame because Dr Cheryl is fantastic reception sucks!

I will never go to this practice again and would not recommend it. The doctor, a young female, was extremely rude and condescending. Not interested in helping at all.

Being coming to this practise for years the staff are very friendly, always get a though check ups here , had cysts removed here with Dr Cheryl Niu , skin checkups , smear test , Have my routine bloods here , good around Doctors surgery .

Been going here for years. I recieve the medical care i need but have had tests results go missing recently. It used to be a good practise but lately I never feel like i can go through what i need to...am left feeling like a hypochondriac lately. To boot the day time Receptionists are quite rude. Always waiting for at least 30mins no matter when your appointment is. As a patient i have questioned a few things so ive been seen as difficult and treated like such each returning visit. i dont feel my health is priority anymore Just a number. And ive been going here for over 10 years.

Doctors are never on time. (One in particular). You book the first appointment at 8.30 am and the doctor comes to work at 8.40 - 8.45 then is in their office for another ten minutes. So your 8.30 am appointment ALWAYS blows out to 9. Typical of doctors. Isn't our time worth anything too?

I was called by receptionist to see the Dr as test result have arrived, I asked about the fees they do on saturday anf the lady said not to worry as the amount was going to be bulk bill. However went I went for the appt and I the receptionist asked me to pay. I believe they should not play like that with patients, most probably they didnt have much patient to see today reason they called me but when you give information to patient it should be mantain, please give right information and mantain your word......

Recommend doctor Evelyn Wong always made you feel special very good for a fair go for pensioners and a belief in our national health service five stars.
