I went to CHB to get hair and makeup done for a special event. I normally do my own makeup because I know how I like it, so I thought I'd treat myself to a professional application. I was happy with my hair - It was blow dried and straightened, and still looked good the next day which is unusual for me; unfortunately I wasn't happy with the makeup. It was extremely heavy (even though I supplied a picture in which the person had natural looking foundation and lips, but slightly smokey eyes), looked nothing like the makeup in the picture, did not look like a professional had done it, and it aged me by about 10 years. I didn't see the point in saying anything because there was no time for her to fix it anyway. Even my husband didn't like it (he said something like "that's not good"). So once home, I washed it all off and did it again myself and it looked like the makeup in the picture - took me about 15 minutes. On a positive note, all the staff were lovely.
