I had never been to a walk-in-appointment medical centre before here. I like the concept of that because most doctors these days need to book ahead for appointments but people don't know when they are going to get sick. I found that waiting times are usually quite long, even if your just after the next available doctor. the nurses that did my daughters needles however were great. very welcoming and efficient

I believe the medical centre to be OK although waiting times are very long. I saw their opthamologist in Sept 2012. Kept patients waiting for 3 hours whilst he went for smoko, morn tea & lunch. Had to ensure many extra tests that I was not told were chargeable until the end (tests that are free at Optomatrist). Even staff were complaining as he is always like that. Never again, dreadful.
