I arrive on time (11:15) but they say my appointment is not until 12:30. On checking my messages I find a 10:00 message rescheduling to 12:00. I was already in transit so didn't get this message until I arrived. Painful check and clean with quite a lot of blood. The HCF machine was not working so I had to pay and claim HCF back myself. All round a bad experience. Spent the next hour with the taste of blood in my mouth. I won't be going back.
