I'm always able to see my regular doctor, although often they do run behind time so I prefer the earlier appointments to lessen the chances of that. Service is very thorough (just what you want in someone looking after your health). My one bugbear is they don't bulk bill for children.

Have always been able to get my regular doctor when requested. If my doctor is unavailable/or urgent appointment needed, the other doctors have always been professional, attentive and reliable. There will sometimes be a wait (only for a day)to get a general appointment, but if it is for a child or an emergency they will always help you out.

Very hard to get an appointment. Receptionists talked more between themselves than to patients and kept patients waiting. Price is average. Very difficult to get a regular doctor.
