Lachlan was great in helping me determine the best washer to suit my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and showed great care for his customers. Within just a few days, I had my washer delivered and installed by Rob and Stevie, who were excellent in making sure this new machine arrived safely and without issue. They further provided a short intro into using this new machine and shared pointers on how to care for it. They are straight up one of the best I've met when it comes to service and care. 10/10 for service, smile, and attention given by Lachlan, Rob, and Stevie at Camberwell Electrics.

Steve and Bob were fantastic. Not only could they deliver my fridge on the day that I wanted, they were bang on time, negotiated some tricky stairs and set the whole thing up and gave a demonstration of all the features that it came with. Would highly recommend them and will certainly shop at Camberwell Electrics again.

Steve and Bob did a brilliant job helping me sort out a dilemma when delivering a fridge when I had ordered the wrong one by mistake. They helped me identify the correct unit and had it sorted in a few days, called before and turned up right on time with the new fridge. Excellent service. Above and beyond. 10/10 rating from me.

In store, Sales staff member Lillian helped me to order in the exact fridge I was after and was very kind and efficient.
I was then contacted via phone by Adam who informed me the fridge had arrived and was all too happy to schedule the delivery for my day off.
On the day, Steve and Bobby phoned ahead to let me know their ETA. The guys unboxed and installed my new fridge and cleaned up after themselves. They were happy and friendly and took great care in avoiding scratches to walls and floors in quite a tight space.
The fridge itself is immaculate. Sleek, shiny, and working perfectly.
