During the peak of COVID my mothers fridge broke down she wasn't leaving the house due to her age. I contacted Camberwell Electrics and spoke with Joseph. He helped me selected the perfect fridge (site unseen). He was more than happy to help. Several calls back and forth we found the right size and colour fridge that met mum's storage needs. Joseph seemed to understand that importance of our search during the pandemic and provided us with above 5 star service. The delivery drivers also added to the experience by respectfully adhering to mums socially distancing needs. They made the experience easy. From ordering to delivery it went like clockwork! Thanks Richard. So from just one phone call to order , a brand new washing machine was delivered, installed and set on the wash cycle by polite delivery guys. Not only that, the delivery was early, not late. Takes all the blood, sweat and tears out of purchasing new white goods! Couldn't be happier!

I bought an Italian Glem gas stove from Camberwell Electrics but left it packaged in the family room for several months awaiting kitchen renovation. When unpacked in guarantee period it was found to be damaged. Hans from C.E. got in 2 replacements which I inspected in the C.E. warehouse and both were also damaged! Hans ordered another brand from Italy and after it reached Australian shores got it picked up from the docks and delivered to my farm in Kinglake. Outstanding service. This is not the first time I have bought from C.E. with equal satisfaction.

I did this on Monday and grilled your salesman and your self. (Boris) Quite extensively.
You did not sell me what my budget could afford but instead offered me quality advice and options so I could make my own mind up. Your guidance was excellent. Then you sent me on my way to make an informed decision.
We didn’t even discuss cost. Not on my horizon at that stage.
After discussing these options with my wife we chose the Mitsubishi electric 7.8 KW model you suggested.
We looked at price online Aust wide.
But I really wanted to buy from a human and from the people that gave such great support.
So I rang CE and was so happy when they were able to compete with the online price. I will always buy my electrical appliances from such a customer focussed business. I will recommend your business to all my friends.
