Don't buy a car from this dealership! Happy to take over $40 000 from me but not give me a spare key 2 months later still waiting. Horrible experience!

We got our new (to us) car from caloundra city autos in january this year. I was very happy with the service we received from them, I didn't find the salesman too pushy at all. He was very helpful and left us to look around at the cars and was happy to answer any questions we had. The girls in the office were very efficient and helped us to deal with all the paperwork quickly and easily

We purchased our most recent car from caloundra city autos at the end of winter last year, we found the car we wanted and needed it that day, as our car had blown up, they were a little surprised, I think most people give them a day or two to sort everything out, but they were great and even had time to tint the windows for us. I went looking for a car by myself, and the man that served me had no problems with that, I think that unlike another car yard I went to, he realised that women actually do earn money and make decisions! He was very happy to talk to me and sort out prices etc and when mymhusband came tomtest drive it and the deal was done, the office staff let us use their phones to sort out insurance and I was very impressed.

Was trying to buy a car there and they were really secretive and terrible in regard to not giving us actual figures with regard to a trade in and purchase price of the new vehicle. Just was discussing how much we would have to pay a week in finance which ended up the same if we had just gone in to buy the car without our 11000 trade in. Massive Rip Off!!!!!

This is the only company I will take my Holden to they seems to charge me less give me better service and fit the car the first time. They only seem to have the car for a short period and have a courtesy bus to take you home if you like and pick you up when the car is done.
