I would like to mention the doctors at this clinic have been fantastic. Even sending me to hospital because of their concern. They saved my life.
Though on my last visit I was horrified to see one of the receptionists come in to start her shift with no mask, didn’t sanitise her hands, didn’t wear gloves and worst of all checking the temperature of patients coming through the door with no protection to herself or the patients. She eventually found a mask, held it to her face and when talking to the patient took it away from her face. She also sniffed and wiped her nose with her hand. We are in crisis mode. What on earth was she thinking. COVID 19 is raging in nursing homes soon with receptionists like this it will be in doctors surgeries also. Stop playing ignorant.

Went there for check-up and the doctor recommended some blood tests. As the doctor told us to get the tests done from the clinic pathology itself we took the prescription to the reception area. The receptionist was rude and showed horrible behaviour and told us to come the next day before 5 p.m saying they were closing in a while for the day. I went there the next day for those tests and I was surprised to see the same kind of behaviour from the reception. She went to the lab technician to ask when I told her that I came for the second time. We were again told to come another day between 4 and 5 p.m. The service and attitude was horrendously poor.
Won't recommend anyone to go there. They are work shirkers. Poor people

a walk in or booking service that has a nurse available to attend to wound care and tests as ordered by gp. i find the majority of drs have english as a second language and sometimes wonder if they understand me or require them to repeat themselves so i can understand them. a brightly open spaced surgery with plenty of parking. kids play area is a little empty though needs more children friendly things in there rather than it be basically an empty room for children to be housed in whilst waiting for the dr. friendly reception staff who are helpful when answering the phone

I find the doctors very good and knowledgeable. They explain thoroughly what I need to understand re my concern. They are very friendly with their patients as well as with the kids. They have the convenience of a separate children's playroom.. which is really awesome. It was really useful when I had my 3 hour glucose test at their clinic ... I just had my toddler watch and play and he didn't get bored at all/

I moved into the are 6 months ago and someone recommended Cairnlea superclinic. Since that time i have been going there regularly. From the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors the service is excellent. Normally bulk billing practices you feel like cattle, but at Cairnlea your treated like a person, the doctors take there time to listen and attend to your problem promptly.

Great clinic with fantastic doctors especially great for the kids. It is a warm atmosphere and the good thing is that the bulk bill. Sometimes can be a long wait especially if you dont have an appoinment.
