The poor behaviour of a staff member has lost you all my business and anyone else I know.
It is bad business to discriminate towards any customers as they are what keeps the door open!
As a manager of an Australian owned country wide business I know how important every customer and every dollar is in this current climate.
Buy computer monitor cables from these guys a bit for work, always very fast service (4pm cutoff for same day despatch) and had no problems with any of the products.
MY network in the office needs looking at and it might simply be the cables needs replacing. I will give these guys a call and get their advice. (I never would have known such a business existed! thanks for your review!)

These guys have great prices on HDMI cables. I've bought a number of them and they were shipped immediately. Their communication is excellent and their website is easy to navigate. No more paying silly inflated prices for cables!
