The property management side of this business is exceptional, proactive, attentive and professional and manage to steer the hazardous neutral course between tenant and investor. From the first point of contact Lily was a pleasure to deal with, listening to requirements, eager to assist and went out of her way to ensure we secured the right property quickly and easily, and instilling quality tenants into her client's investment. As the face of this business (unheard of by me prior to this) she is an asset that is as friendly as she is professionally astute. In an industry so over run with one property manager after the other who just don't seem to want the job or simply burned out, Buyer's Advocate was a breath of fresh air.
