I took a home made quilt in to be dry cleaned. It came back wrecked with NO apology or recognition. The quilt was covered in white power and bleach spots. Some of the bleach spots appeared to have been coloured in with marker pens. I am still waiting for Virginina's "insurance" company to pay up.
