We had problems with rotary clothesline purchased from Bunnings Nerang . Phoned them with issue and they asked that I return the clothesline to store , replaced it with a new line , and added a $100.00 store credit .
I was so pleasantly surprised to have the matter put right without any fuss and delay and to provide a matching credit was just wow . Thank you Bunnings Nerang .

Staff at Bunnings is really helpful today. I was not sure which weed killer to get since there are lots of options to choose from at the store. One of the staff was helpful enough to recommend which product would really help me with my weed problem. I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work, guys!

We went to Bunnings last weekend to get some garden tools and fertilizer. As usual the place was busy but didn't take a while for us to get assistance for the items we needed to buy. The staff that assisted us was really helpful and informative. Didn't take us a long time to decide for the best items we needed since we were given enough information. And my 24 months old twins also enjoyed pushing the little trolleys around the store. Those trolleys are really helpful for customers with children. That was a good weekend experience for my whole family at Bunnings!

i needed a plumbing part, and once i located a staff member and explained what i needed, he took me straight to the right section and showed me 2 options for what I needed, and explained the main difference between the 2, so it was really easy for me to get exactly what I needed. Very helpful thankyou

A giant version of the standard store. The prices are competitive but not the best in the area. The plants section is pretty good though and the staff are nice and smiley. Wasn't very impressed with the paint section though, they treated me like i was stupid when i asked for help.

Service was great. Product information is very informative with helpful tips around the place to do DIY projects. Kids projects fantastic concept on weekends.
