I love the experience i had and the service i received at Buff'n'stuff, i believe it is one of the best salons around.
Friendly staff and no pressure like you receive at other salons by the staff, beautifully set up salon with nice big rooms and very clean.
I felt welcomed as soon as i entered the salon and left extremely happy and relaxed, ready to take on the world again.
I recommend this salon to everyone!!!
The Staff at Buff 'n' Stuff are the friendly polite and fun yet very professional. I had a pamper package recently and found it to be one of the best packages I have purchased. I have and will return many times. Thank you girls for my wonderful girly pampering experience. :)
The staff at this store were completely and utterly rude, running late and refused to honour a gift voucher. Fellow beauty fans, I suggest you give this one a miss entirely. There are many other day spas and beauty salons out there where the staff are friendly and the service is second to none. This business is not one of them. I'm extremely disapointed and did not enjoy my experience at this salon.
i heard she has done a runner. i highly doubt you will be about to use your voucher or get the money back @claireb19 :(
We ended up getting our money back direct from the voucher supplier. Contact them via their facebook page. Good luck.
You should also do your own review on what you have experiemnced of the customer service - Or lack of. I really did have a horrible encounter with this business and I sincerely empathise with anyone else had to go through it.
Suzanne has created a beautiful salon - feels totally luxurious and girly but with totally affordable pricing. Her treatments are amazing - you will feel totally pampered after a session here
