The lone sales attendant was on the phone when I entered the shop. I was the only customer at that time. After I made a selection of frames, I approached her to make some inquiries. She did not acknowledge me as she continued talking on the phone. I waited for over 5 minutes. It became very clear however that she had no intention to attend to me, so I left the store without a word. It was quite disappointing, considering that I've experienced good service from its branch in the CBD.
