I have been to Budget Cuts on several occasions and have found the people there to be friendly and courteous. The hair cuts are a resemble price and they don't charge extra if you are in a wedding party. Well done.

Well, you get what you pay for here. The cuts are very cheap, but they spend as little time as possible on each client, so they sometimes miss a spot. It's like an assembly line- I get the feeling that each hairdresser has an hourly quota to fill to earn her wage. My kids have never before had such fast haircuts. I'd prefer to spend more next time, and have a hairdresser who takes the time to provide a good quality service.
