I come here with the family every now and then, the quality of the food is very good, service is ok , the pizza is really good whether its eat in or take out, overall good experience

This place is ok. Not bad but not memorable. There is a varied drinks and food menu which is a plus and the food was nice but not amazing! I did enjoy the sticky date pudding though.

The staff were nice but again - not overly friendly or memorable.

Good spot to go if you live in the Mitcham area and cant be bothered venturing out further.

Modern Italian, great pizza, pasta and steak. Nicely served and tasted good. The staff were friendly and professional. Good if you want to go somewhere nice (linen tableclothes, full service) but not super fancy. Will go back.

A very busy restaurant for the weekend.. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere and staff are friendly. This restaurant was recommended by friend and it was good overall after the first try. I dont mind to visit again!

Everything about Bucatini is tasteful and seems elegant. The decor and lighting give a sense of quality that is not let down by the food. I thought the dishes I had were quite above an ordinary restaurant. Although the prices a higher than some I thought the quality made it worth it.

Visited here twice in several weeks! The food was gorgeous and the atmosphere very friendly. The staff were not as good as I had expected from that restaurant, but still gave us our space. It is BYO and car parking is ok.

We booked this restaurant on recommendation. Not sure what went wrong the night we went. We certainly had a memorable evening but for all the WRONG reasons.
Due to a function, a large group and generally full restaurant, the service was appauling. These are prior bookings not walk-ins, so why didn't they have the staff on to cope with the large groups????
Running out of food - and this was early in the evening. So our table missed out on part of our entree order... worse still, it took them FOREVER to come and tell us. Meanwhile others on our table had been served their entree and were almost finished before they bothered to tell the rest of us we couldn't have what we ordered.
Food service took way too long and was not helped by the dismissive attitude of the waiting staff. Explanation of the delays was not given for quite some time - even so, not acceptable - they knew what numbers they had coming in and didn't bother to staff to cater.
TWO hours after sitting we threatened to leave unless our meals were brought out within 15 mins. Magically our meals appeared in 10 mins.
Poor form... and you missed out on dessert and coffee orders from our group.

Looks great and classy outside as a restaurant. Personally do not like the decor in the restaurant. Food was very normal for the price. However, service was great.

Have been several times Ivan the owner adds a personal touch when you enter,atmosphere great and food is fantastic,busy great vibe.The tables are set white linen,you have 3 areas to eat outside is heated and not noisy
