Love the food here - Brekkie Salad is my favourite! Also the Big Breakfast has more veg than most which makes it A+ in my book, AND it has HALLOUMI!!

We were not disappointed with meals, coffees or snacks. Flour Mill have a wonderful variety of choices for the whole family and we have always had friendly staff serving us.

Great service and really delicious food. From the moment I took my first sip of coffee, to leaving the cafe with 500g of the coffee they served to take home I was impressed. I had breakfast here and my eggs were poached just how I requested which is often not the case in other places. Definitely somewhere I want to return

Have been here a few times for brekkie, and it's consistently great food. The vibe is pumping no matter what time of day you go and the owners are friendly. Baked eggs are a must, as well as the omlette yummo!!! They bake there own break too, which is a plus.

I like the feel of this place - love the exposed brick and the interesting historical prints on the walls. It has a good range of pies, pastries, cakes etc in the windows and lots else you can order off the menu. It's not outstanding, but provides pretty consistenly good cafe food.

I used to like this place a lot as a middle of the range cafe. not too fancy and not too crummy either. just right to fit the budget as things are not too expensive and the food is good. Had some disappointing pancakes once. They were as hard as a rock, solid so I could not even cut them. They were gracious and took them back and refunded my money, but I was upset as I had been looking forward to them.
The service is average, I had a brick fall on my foot from the outside windbreaker (they had been using a wooden block and a brick to secure it in the wind) and they did not even respond when i told them, or ask if I was ok. That did it for me, the lack of care was poor in my opinion. The food is good but not good enough to make up for a lack of concern for customer safety.

Approximate cost: $19

What gets this place over the line for me is the beautiful building it is in and the business of the place which gives it a great atmosphere. The coffee is good but the meals I have had were just okay, satisfactory but nothing special. There is a great selection of cakes at the front, so next time I might try one of those with a coffee and skip the meal.

Approximate cost: $15

Not only is this cafe a short walk from Burchett Street for a Mum with a pram, but it has plenty of room inside for us. The bread is sensational. You can order large cakes for birthday parties too. We really enjoy the Brunswick Flour Mill experiencel.

Approximate cost: $10
