No complaints about any of the doctors or staff.
The new premises' waiting room is a quiet area where anyone's details can be overheard. There needs to be some kind of gentle ambience generated (soft muzak?) to combat this. I was there for an early appointment and I could hear the voices of people calling in from the receptionists' earpieces/headphones. And we could also hear a fellow patient's caller on his mobile.

I followed my doctor here from another practice as I was so happy with the one I had. The centre is like most in that they are a conglomerate of good and not so good GPs. I would recommend Dr Loretta Rowan and Dr Timothy Shortus to anyone who is looking for a local regular doctor. These two are exceptional. Many of the other doctors back them up competently so it makes for a good service overall.

This is a convenient group of GPs that are usually available for a drop-in appointment. I've found Dr Sonia Blainey is excellent. Dr Graham Chin is also good. However, they do not bulk bill. You can get the Medicare refund posted to you if you ask.
