The GPs here are lovely. The reception staff are rather crotchety (although they do seem to treat their elderly patients more kindly). My only gripe is the cost. Price will vary depending on which doctor you see. No bulk billing. So we saw the doctor one day and paid $77, went for x-rays, came back the next day and were charged $77 again. ( My former GP in Sydney would bulk bill any follow up consultation within 7 days). So, while the doctors are great, we tend to weigh up how urgently we need to go as it can be expensive.

My family and I recently moved in to the Broadbeach area. Whilst settling in to our new home we needed to find a new family GP. We found Broadbeach Family Practice and have been thrilled so far with the service and healthcare they provide.
The doctors and support staff at Broadbeach Family Practice are terrific. It's always easy to make an appointment and the couple of times we've been to see them they've more or less kept to their appointment time. My wife loves that they have female doctors there too.
