Do not in any ways use this Brisbane Real Estate or Brisbane Rentals at Chapel Hill. I have never experienced such incompetent and unprofessional service. They don't understand the basic business principles nor have any idea of customer service. I am surprised they are still in business. Use them at your own peril. You are warned!!

They are useless, charge excessively and give no personnal service, the owner is a bully and very obnoxious, no better than the worst used car salesman

Do not allow them to give you a OPEN Listing if you are with another agent, as they introduce the same buyers to your property as have previously seen it with the other agent and put you at risk of having to pay 2 commissions, they have NO care about YOU the seller who are the ones employing them to sell your home they just want a commission at any cost and they WILL instigate Magistrates proceedings against YOU the seller if you sell your home with the other open listing agent if they miss out and say the buyer was their's even if it was not. Regardless of them not having a leg to stand on it WILL cost you upwards of $3,000.00 just to tell them they are wrong in solicitors fees once they register a claim for commission at the magistrates court, where it only costs them $300.00 to lodge it. Great business advertisment and total care of their clients ....NOT.......
