Wouldn't recommend, misdiagnosed a problem with my laptop, ordered the wrong parts, which i never asked, then proceeded to charge me for said wrong parts. Arrogant and not well informed.

As an older couple, we were concerned about what to do when it came time to buy a new computer. Checking a reference for EzyTech as a service supplier, we arranged for a quote for a custom built computer. As our reuirements are quite different from those of young game players, we were able to design a computer that admirably filled our needs at a cost which was more than competitive. An EzyTech staff member arrived at our house at the arranged time and he was most patient with us. We are essentially dinosaurs and have been treated with virtual scorn by young sales staff from other organisations in our efforts to purchase another computer . The design of our system was painless and the delivery was on time. The technician downloaded the information held on our old computer and transferred it to the new setup without rancour, especially considering that our 6 year old hard drive was almost dead. Since then we have had a couple of queries, mostly caused by our ignorance and these have been promptly and courtesly attended to. The young man who returned our old computer, repaired for our grandson, was every bit as pleasant as the first technician. We can only recommend EzyTech for service or supply of a new computer. We would particularly recommend them to any older people who felt themselves to be somewhat out of their depth in the field of computers. Thank you again EzyTech for your assistance.

would very much like to thank ezytech for their very courteous and prompt service, nothing too much trouble. I have recently moved my abode. I have a very complicated home theatre to be re-installed with 8 speakers and a sub woofer, 2 computers to be reinstalled and linked together, one modem to be rebuilt and windows 7 to be installed plus saving all my previous programmes and pictures . Install new TV in master bedroom and another old TV and vcr in enclosed alfresco .I was really concerned as to all the wiring etc to the amplifier. No problem, just pull every thing out, don't worry,( I am 83 years old). every thing was done with so much speed I could not believe. In the past I have had many Technicians and stung in the pocket. I would really recommend ezytech service to any one, my friends already have. This message seems long but I just cannot say enough. THANK YOU ezytech.

If you are looking for reliable, reasonably priced friendly service, use these boys A1+. We asked our keen Tech minded grandson to build a computer for us - he did a fabulous job but unbeknown to him the hard drive was faulty and it would not work. We had a recommendation from neighbours to seek EzyTechs help and after explaining our problem they had a technician out that afternoon, took the tower back to the workshop, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty drive, arranged and loaded new software and returned the computer ready for installation. Not only that they kindly fixed my wireless Internet problem while delivering back the computer.. Great service, friendly technicians, congratulations and thank you for going that extra mile.
