The team at Close Dental were amazing in meeting my needs in a professional and caring manner.
Requiring an urgent appointment I was able to see Dr Nuttall within a few hours of my initial phone call.
Upon arrival at Close I explained my apprehension to Vanessa and she passed this on to Dr Nuttall and his assistant Selena.
From this point on not only did I receive professional dental services but the team also considered how I was feeling and treated me with nothing but respect.
Follow up appointments were required and appointments were made quickly and to suit the timeframes that I had available. A reasonable amount of work needed to be completed and this was all actioned within 2 weeks.
All costs were transparent upfront and various options were provided to me in making these payments. Information was provided to me in relation to the work being completed so I could make enquiries with my health fund about rebates.
I would highly recommend Close Dental to anyone who wants service with a smile.

Close Dental is not like other dentists. As you begin a comprehensive health plan which not only fixes the immediate filling or extraction, but seeks to investigate all other allied health problems related to the mouth as well as the teeth. They fully investigate the mouth cheeks, glands, under the tongue, and take X rays and digital photographs of the whole mouth throat and jaw. Which builds a full study plan for comprehensive and long term maintenance of mouth teeth and gums.

Close Dental may very well create more dental problems for you in order to create expensive dental work for themselves. This was my experience. Luckily i caught this early and made an official complaint to the Health Quality And Complaints and Commission and the matter will be thoroughly investigated. This is by far the worst dental experience i have ever had and my teeth were in satisfactory condition before visiting Close Dental. My teeth were almost dislodged when an impression for a night guard splint was taken. The dentist smashed up so hard on my front teeth. The night guard was VERY wonky and moved around alot. It was unwearable and damaged my front teeth. The dentist intentionally spilled an acid cleaning solution on my gums that burned an area. Close Dental in my experience are fraudulent and dangerous and may very well be in serious trouble for this whole incident. AVOID them! There are way better and trustworthy dentists in Brisbane.

Had a check up and clean. They are so professional at Close Dental and went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible -considering where I was (at a dentist!). Yesterday was the second time I have had my teeth cleaned here, they have done an amazing job each time - much better than my previous dentist. Very thorough and meticulous. Was treated very gently, even on the most sensitive part of my teeth. I think its really nice receiving the goodie bag at the end of each visit, new toothbrush, paste etc. Close and easy parking at the rear of the premises which is a real bonus.

Was referred by a friend who raved about their dentist. Thought my friend was making a fuss, but this place really does give a service you'd want to tell others about. Highly recommended!

This is the best Dental experience I have ever had. Everyone here is thoroughly professional, helpful, supportive and really nice. They make an otherwise unpleasant experience enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always very flexible to my families needs having long opening hours to suit everyone, helpful, very friendly, and knowlegable staff and always try and give me the very best possible care without costing a fortune.

I actually found this Dentist from WOMOW and from the very moment I stepped in the door, I could tell this was going to be a good experience. The clinic is modern, clean and surprisingly inviting for a dentist! The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly followed by the thorough and informative consultation. Dr Andrea and Linda made me feel extremely comfortable and were very gentle. I was also kept very informed of what they were doing the whole time and encouraged any questions I had. I can't say I've ever had a better dental experience anywhere else before!

I am in my mid 20s, and avoid dentists on a whole. I find most dental experiences cold and unpleasant. I found Close dental via google, and have been 3 times in 3 weeks now, and have had such wonderful experiences all 3 times. The service is amazing. Some people have commented on how warm and welcoming it feels there, and it really is true. I have arrived 30 mins early for 2 of my appointments and felt really relaxed and welcome waiting in the waiting room. They have been running on time all 3 appointments as well. Dr Close is super duper friendly, and very gentle, I really like how informative he is with exactly what is going on. Today I had Lizzy and she is just great, so very bubbly and talkative that I almost forgot I was at the dentist and not just catching up with a friend. I am so enthused about this dentist that even though it is slightly expensive for me, I will ensure I put aside the money so it is no issue, as the extra cost is worth it. I do not want to ever go to another dentist again.
