We had our car in this place for more than 7 weeks, an electrical problem, which could have been easily fixed within 2-3 days at most turned out to be 7 weeks nightmare. First their excuse was "too many cars", then "not enough staff", later on "sick staff" and in the end apparently our car was difficult to fix.... we were chasing these people for 7 weeks almost every day and every day the answer was" call tomorrow". This place lent us a car to drive for a couple of weeks, which broke down as well, and we had to have it towed at our own $$$. Finally after more than 7 weeks car was ready but the price they charged us was way too high and it did not reflect the amount of stress and inconvenience this place cost us. I would recommend to stay away from this place, as this people have no idea how to treat customers, how to clearly communicate and primarily how to deliver top service, which they promote on their website.... Simply just a terrible experience, in the end we even started to doubt if we ever see our car again.
