They are disgusting here! brides drsse not turning up in time, incorrect dress, size, marks on the dresses. Smells like cigarettes and there is no custmer service. Battle of all battles trying to get any deposit back! I am a size 16 and was told due to my size there is no dress for me!
This place should not be running.... i went to this store to look at wedding dresses and the lady who served me was rude and trying to rip me off. she was argumentative and would not take no for an answer.. i ended up just shaking my head and walking out! she told me i had to pay for half the dress as the deposit and it would take over 9 months for it to come in! I saved over $1000 buying my dress online! i got my dress in less than 6 months for under $450 and it was the exact same dress!!
OMG!!! I have ordered my dress from these people well in advance of my November wedding in 2011 and cannot find any feedback that is positive....what have I done???? I've also paid my deposit. The service I received from Maria was actually very helpful, she couldn't have been more accommodating whilst I tried on several dresses....is this just the calm before the storm????
i am starting to have the same worry although i have only paid $50 being my wedding is in 2012 , but i am not so sure, and most of the reviews say the dress comes from china, i can order one in a size bigger for 1/10th of the cost and afford the $200 they charge for alterations, if i dont start reading good things they can have my $50.00
lets stay in touch and see what happens, update any info as i am not paying another cent unitl SEPT 2011. ( if they are lucky )
The signs have changed and they have changed owners, apparently a guy has taken over and he has 2 other shops somewhere, i asked them why was i never told about the dresses coming from china and she replyed WE TELL EVERYONE, i said NO, i told her i have found the exact same dress on Ebay for $340 delivered, contacted a dressmaker and she measured me and the dress is on its way, my wedding is now Oct 2011 and i wasnt taking ANY chances. I have heard more and more bad stories about this shop and glad i only lost $50, which they never contacted me after i left a message i wanted to put some more to it and get the hoop, but that comes from china also, so happy to lose the $50 to save over $1500..........Lisa
If you're looking for somewhere to just go and look at bridesmaid dresses and not have anyone bother you, service wise. Then go here. We were there for about half an hour and as we were walking out the door someone finally asked if we needed help. They do have some nice dresses and are reasonable with pricing though.

My experience has been quite exhausting. When I first arrived they were very happy to help to find my wedding dress. They offered me tea which was nice. But since I have paid my deposit they have been very unhelpful. I have to constantly call to see when my dress will be ready. I only have 8 weeks to go now and apparently it'll be here after the 22nd of feb. It doesnt give me a lot of time to do last fittings. They really need to get there act together and be a bit more organised
