This was my favourite hairdresser ...EVER...until the nearly one hour trip became just too much. Have yet to find another where the cut and colour is of equally high standard. Always came out looking natural and cut was always very easy to maintain. Miss u guys. Think about opening up in the eastern suburbs...please!

Fancy telling me that $80 for a dry blow and cut... to only trim my hair. Then the management has the gall to tell me that the trim or cut is complimentary?? I'm I paying $80 for the cut or blow dry then?? Doesn't make sense!! Then I ask the rude management if I could speak to the other management and they tell me that they are off work for 8 weeks because of a sore leg.... I didnt know people couldnt talk on the phone to their customers because of a sore leg??? Get your story straight!! I will be letting everyone know. I had a cut 6 weeks ago by Brazart why would I need another... just charge me for a little trim and my blow dry. When I said just trim they told me I would be charged the $80 even if I didnt have the blow dry!! I had also had my colour done!!!

I can't recommend this hair dressers highly enough! I have been going to this salon for about 2 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and highly professional. I have highlights done by a lovely lady by the name of Rachel, she does a fantastic job and people are always asking me where I get my colour! Go Brazart!
