I have found most of the staff there to be friendly and easy to deal with, however I have also noticed that there are a couple of nurses that seem to have a bad attitude. I am also very disappointed with the attitude and demeanour of the senior vet. He has the arrogant attitude of someone who sees animals as an imposition and has absolutely no rapport with his animal patients, is short with his customers and in fact I nearly walked out with my dog recently because I was so angry with the way he treated him! I started taking my animals there because they came recommended, however having had an enormous amount of experience with vets (much more than most ever will) from all over Australia, I have to say, unfortunately, they do not stack up.

My dog was very injured after being backed over. St Claire and his team got my dog back on the road to recovery with a couple of ops and a few sleep overs I think. St Claire allowed my family to make instalments for the works carried out in order to have our family dog with us. Would trust him with my life not only an animals.

always helpful and great with our dogs. they send reminders when they are due for there shots and always do a good check. they have al the stuff you need to buy for your pet also.
