Here is where I usually come for a quick lunch as I work nearby.

It is almost like a cafeteria style bowl bar. You arrive and enter through one door and you need to pick up a black tray. Also, don't forget to grab your cold drinks from the fridge if you want any and they have black sesame and green tea smoothies as well for very very reasonable prices.

You order with one of the friendly staff, and they put the bowl on your tray and you move on to the individual priced small dishes. For example chicken karaage, fish, beef croquette, seaweed salad, potato salad for extra $1.50 to $3 depending what they are.

Once you have got everything you want, next stop is the cashier who will calculate everything for you. Pick up some cutlery and off you go to find a place to seat!

I love the chicken karaage with soft boiled eggs, had their curry beef with rice before. Everything was very nice and very cheap.

Was a very unique experience visiting this place I love all the food that I had and service is very different from other place. I had a chicken dish which was really good price wise it is not too expensive overall I will go back to this place again

I can't believe it's taken me this long to visit this store. this is unique store where you get to set your own meal. kind of self service station. the green tea smoothie is a champ. There was plenty of choice of dishes. From variety of tempure to seaweed and udon. And I definitely will come back again.

I like the bowl bar oiden! I like the Japanese curry, oiden beef, grill teriyaki chicken, hashed beef very much. You can just add cheese on top. They also offer deep fried food and side dishes, but I like the tempura next door more.
The good thing about this restaurant is that you can choose the size of the meal you want. Normally, small size (curry 2.9, oiden beef 3.9, sooooo cheap)+ some tempura is enough for me. Unless, i am really hungry, then will go for the medium size + tempura from menya mappan(next door).
Very generous size and good value, highly recommended!!
