Had a terrible experience. The staff were nice enough, but they missed half the $99 package I booked and still charged me the full price. When I emailed about the problem I received no reply.

I have only been to Bounce Hair Body Beauty a few times over the last couples of years and I love going there. The staff are polite and always ask all the right questions so they know exactly what you want and keep asking throughout services to make sure they're doing it right. Also, they are not afraid of giving you helpful opinions and explaining what will and wont work for you. It's rare to find such service and when I can find the time (and money) I love going.

I would not recommend. Maybe the other staff are better. Very disappointed.
