Waxing generally very good..occasionally misses few bits and they seem to like to talk which drags what should be a 20 minute wax into a 40 minute one!! However, it is the least painfull waxing I have had done anywhere. And pedicures..they need a comfy chair!!

A nice day spa. The waxing services are good. 25% off on Mondays (except XXX). Pedicures are not that great. You are in an uncomfortable chair, sitting in a drafty room. Not really a very relaxing experience. Staff are young and friendly.

Waxing is 25% off on Mondays. The service, in terms of the staff, is great. Very friendly and personable girls. I would recommend going on a Monday to get the discount. However, I have just noticed that there are some areas that appear to have been missed.

I have also had a pedicure and would not recommend it. Although the service was good, for an hour pedicure I want to be sitting in a very comfy chair, not a chair with a cushion on it.

I had a deluxe facial. The staff are very nice and friendly. I was an old customer before it changed hands. They area little pricey in comparison to other beauty salons and the girl post facial let me walk out the door with some of the 'white chalky' face mask residue that she mustn't have been able to get off properly. And not just a smidge an awful lot I was dismayed to realise I had gone shopping afterwards with all that still on my face.

I go there regularly for waxing, massage, pedicures etc. LOVE the service and the staff are helpful and well trained and experienced. Would have NO hesitation in recommending them...and do!

Been a few times...better than Peninsula day spas and not as pricey.. have had nails done, hot stone massage, relaxation massage and had my Hens Day there...fantastic!! Very friendly, very clean, definately a must do thing!!

I have had some lovely massages and manicures, pedicures and waxing jobs. The staff are always well-groomed and helpful and always ask questions and check to see that you are getting the service that you want.
