I agree with some of the previous reviewers. The shop has a great layout and the staff will go the extra mile to help you find a particular book. I love the specials and could easily spend a fortune in this shop. A really enjoyable shopping experience.

Easy access to books. Great floor plan so that you can find exactly what you're looking for. Really like their loyalty programs as it encourages you to buy more from their store.

My favorite shop at Knox, love the store layout and the Title Lookup search. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

borders is where i go when i need a large choice of books. i don't like to be limited in my selection. they have a large section for drawing books and for cooking books, these sections are much larger than other stores. there online store is the cheaper option but instore they compare well to other bookstores.

Excellent place to find a book, dvd, cd, board game or magazine. The range is so wide, have never failed to find a book I'm after there. The big selling point is the chance to sit down and read anything in store. I'm pretty sure people could finish full books there over a few days.

A great selection of books and dvd's etc. The display is extensive but a little overcrowding. The staff are attentive but can be hard to get their attention. Always accomadating when it comes to ordering in products.

Fantastic service, friendly staff, every thing in this store is so easy to find and the selection is amazing. Granted they are not always the cheapest price, however, they do put on some amazing deals.
There was a $5 book sale. Lots of great products, very cheap.

Borders is fantastic. There's everything there, CDs, DVDs, Magazines and Books. There are lounges available to sit and read. There are a couple of sales, however most items are full price. I usually go in for a browse, and I find it relaxing and enjoyable.

Very neat and orderly. Most books at a reasonable price. Extensive range of CD's and books all stacked nicely. However, few people to assist customers in such a large shop. Found i was waiting in line to pay for goods a little too long. Otherwise, not bad.
